Get as comfortable as you can. That might mean lying down in a cosy bed, sinking into the mattress, with your favourite pillow underneath your head.
Or you might feel at ease sitting in the lotus position on a yoga mat or sitting on a chair, with your feet on the floor, to ground yourself deep into the earth.
Try this self-love meditation at least once outside in nature, on a beach, or in a garden or park, as long as it’s somewhere you feel completely safe.
