An affiliate marketing training course is your ticket to success as an Affiliate Marketer because it arms you with the knowledge, skills and tools you need to create a profitable online business.
The best affiliate marketing courses I’ve experienced give you both practical training and theoretical knowledge. As you learn the theory, you put it into practice right away so that you can earn while you learn.

What it isn’t
An affiliate marketing training course is not a guarantee of your success online. Your success rests solely on YOU, what you do with the training you receive.
Here are a few personal attributes you will need to crack affiliate marketing.

Building your own online empire takes time and effort. If you expect to make money your first few weeks in, you are almost sure to be disappointed, get disheartened and give up too soon.
Become an Authority
Look at it this way. To be truly successful at anything, you have to become an Authority.
You become an Authority online once you have accumulated enough knowledge, experience and followers. You become an Authority when people start coming to you for advice. You become an Authority when you start passing on your knowledge to others — passionately.
So let’s add another point to the attributes I mentioned above.
Teach What You Learn

You can start teaching what you learn anytime you like — the best time is probably as you learn it.
So when you’ve just watched a training video or read a post or eBook on any aspect of Affiliate Marketing, share your knowledge right away. Write a post or create your own video. That way you start building your Authority from day 1.

Wealthy Affiliate
Wealthy Affiliate (WA) is an online University offering both video and written training. Training is interactive, there are tasks to tick off as you go along.
Core Training at WA
Their Online Entrepreneur Certification offers a step-by-step process to build your own niche website and monetize it.
Their Affiliate Bootcamp delves deeper into traffic strategies, teaching you how to run your own PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns.

Live Training Videos
There are also weekly live training videos covering every imaginable way to making money online, from Dropshipping to becoming a YouTuber (and everything in-between).
Teach What You Learn
What makes Wealthy Affiliate really special is their community. All the active members of the Wealthy Affiliate community give and receive support. You can post blogs about your progress directly on the WA website (which is a High Authority site, so your posts get ranked immediately) AND earn a few dollars on the side by creating your own training courses on the WA platform.
As a result, there is tons of training at WA.
Tools of the Trade
You can purchase your domains from WA as well. WA domains are secure and enhanced for speed. Most Domains go for around $13.99 a year.
WA offers managed WordPress hosting. Included in your monthly or annual fee is web hosting for 50 websites (25 Domains and 25 Siterubix Domains).
You get free access to Jaaxy, a brilliant Keyword Tool.
WA also offers a Site Content tool with over a million free CCO images to use in your posts.
And let’s not forget the Site Comments and Site Comments tool, designed to help you get Comments and Feedback on your posts. Oh, and you can earn money at WA by leaving quality comments on other members’ sites.
Wealthy Affiliate is a one-stop shop with no upsells.
Once you’re a premium member ($49 monthly or $359 annually), you have free access to everything WA offers, both the training and tools.
Well, maybe there’s one upsell. I pay for the Pro version of Jaaxy ($19 a month or $199 a year), but their free version, Jaaxy Lite is all you need when you’re starting out.

How to Find the Best Affiliate Programs
One of the latest wonders WA launched is an Affiliate Program Search Tool.
All Affiliate Programs have been vetted by Kyle and Carson, the owners of WA — two of the nicest guys you’ll ever hope to meet.
Wealthy Affiliate’s Affiliate Program
Oh, and WA has an Affiliate Program of their own of course.
When you refer members to WA as Premium Member, you earn nearly half what Premium Members earn.
Though even Starter Members who joined FREE can earn some commission (half of what Premium members earn which is nothing to sneeze at).
