  3. Tap along with me, even if the words don’t match your exact situation — your subconscious will adapt them to what’s true for you.
  4. Notice any physical sensations (like Viki’s warmth along the spine or release in the chest).
  5. Re-rate your stress level at the end — and celebrate your shift!
