How to Create Corporate Culture in Your Company

How to Create Corporate Culture

Company culture makes up an integral part of any successful business. It influences almost every aspect of your business, from recruiting top contenders to boosting staff satisfaction. It is the backbone of a happy work environment.

Without an optimistic corporate culture, many staff members will find it problematic to find pride in their work and this can lead to various negative consequences.

Employers can look at the following 7 tips to guide them on how to create corporate culture in the workplace.

1. Emphasize workforce wellness

Have you created a healthy corporate culture in your company? One that promotes staff satisfaction? Here are 7 Tips to guide you in the right direction. #howtocreatecorporateculture #corporatecultureplatform #employeefeedbackplatformNo organization can assume to cultivate a positive culture without a healthy workforce. Employees must feel their best whether mentally, physically and emotionally to promote a positive corporate culture.

Management must ensure that staff members have the necessary resources, on-site healthcare facilities and tools they necessitate to be healthy inside as well as outside of the workplace.

2. Establish corporate culture

Building an encouraging corporate culture means a company must stick to what it stands for. Employers must keep working on improving their current culture.

They can do this by establishing an employee feedback platform where they can ask employees about what they love and what they don’t like about the current culture and working environment.

Leaders can then take these suggestions to help enhance culture which is applicable to their workforce.

Want a done-for-you system? Consider investing in a corporate culture platform.

3. Offer meaning

Purpose and meaning are crucial in any workplace. Many employees desire meaning and purpose in their labour. Everyone wants to have job satisfaction and feel that they are valuable to the business.

Create a mission statement and decide on the core values your company represent and communicate this to workers.

4. Establish goals

You must have clear goals and objectives in place that all employees can work towards. This can bring staff members together and give them a communal goal to aim at, other than just a paycheck at the end of the month.

5. Promote positivity

To build positive culture, staff members must begin by promoting positivity in their work environment. Employers alike must lead by example by smiling often, remaining optimistic despite difficult situations and by expressing gratitude.

6. Adopt social connections

Workplace relationships are a vital element in terms of company culture. If workers hardly know their colleagues and almost never interact, how can they build a strong culture that would keep on growing?

Consider hosting weekly team meals or drinks on a Friday afternoon before knocking off to get this going.

7. Listen

One of the easiest methods for employers to start building a constructive culture is to be a good listener.

Make sure to ask your employees for their input, listen to what they have to say and make them feel like their voices are heard and their opinions valued.

One of the predominant roles a leader possesses is building a positive culture. Be sure to nurture an encouraging culture that boosts the talents, happiness and diversity of your workforce.

Maintaining and building a positive, unique culture is one of the simplest and best methods to get your workforce to invest their talents and futures with your business.

Have you created a healthy corporate culture in your company? One that promotes staff satisfaction?

Next Up, When to Quit Your Job and Start a Business

Rich Dad Poor Dad (A Book that Changed My Life)

Are you a reader? Do you have a thirst for knowledge?

I’m an avid reader and have been ever since I learned to read. Because I love learning new ideas and skills that can help me get ahead in life.

Since High School, I’ve been reading mostly non-fiction books. Self-help or motivational books, books about business, about sales, about entrepreneurship… life-changing books.

Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki, is one of those books that changed my life. It’s the story of the lessons two young boys learned about wealth creation from a rich man who took them under his wing.

Here are the lessons in Rich Dad, Poor Dad that changed my life.

Lessons in Rich Dad Poor Dad that changed my life

Lesson 1: Getting a job will not make you rich

Rich Dad Poor Dad (A Book that Changed My Life) | 6NihJ45BQvqFxW5r2zEbfpQvQPiq z5846GyruCzsKulnpNJB6ZO Su7PVUSfzbT7i bAw2ll2O5h ArQVDMdbtqAWmHSZxdX6078bbOA6BRy 42ZdWPfeMYrAHb83 8kTwRoFlj

“Financial struggle is often the direct result of people working all their lives for someone else.”– Robert Kiyosaki

“The moment I pay you, you think like an employee.” — Robert Kiyosaki

We think that if we go to school and get good grades, we will get a good job. And once we have a good job we’ll be golden.

But the Schooling system is flawed. It teaches us literacy but it doesn’t teach us about financial literacy. It doesn’t teach us how to make money and keep it.

  • How many people do you know who have jobs and are wealthy?
  • How many pensioners do you know who are wealthy?

Most wealthy people I know have their own businesses. Or are living on their investments.

If you want to take control of your destiny, you need to forge your own path, not follow the crowd.

If you want freedom, don’t lock yourself away in an office and chain yourself to a desk.

The more a person seeks security, the more that person gives up control over his life.” — Robert Kiyosaki

“When I started my last business, I didn’t receive a paycheck for 13 months. The average person can’t handle that pressure.” — Robert Kiyosaki

I followed this advice and became an Entrepreneur.

Making mistakes is essential to business success

Lesson 2: Making mistakes is essential to business success

In school, we learn that mistakes are bad, and we are punished for making them. Yet, if you look at the way humans are designed to learn, we learn by making mistakes. We learn to walk by falling down. If we never fell down, we would never walk.” — Robert Kiyosaki

The trouble with school is they give you the answer, then they give you the exam. That’s not life.” — Robert Kiyosaki

I remember the day I went off School.

Up until this point, I loved school and had always been a diligent student, top of the class. In the second last year of High School, I went to the school library and took out a couple of books on History. I did my research and wrote what I thought were brilliant essays for my History exam. I eagerly awaiting my results. I was in for a huge disappointment.

My results were terrible. I asked the Teacher why I got such a low score and he said,

“You didn’t give us the answers that were in your textbook.”

That’s when I realised that School was not designed to teach me to think. School was designed to teach me to regurgitate what the textbooks say, not to teach critical thinking.

That’s when I became less interested in my School work and more interested in learning.

Being an entrepreneur is simply going from one mistake to the next. You must have the fortitude to continue on.” — Robert Kiyosaki

You will make some mistakes but, if you learn from those mistakes, those mistakes will become wisdom and wisdom is essential to becoming wealthy.” — Robert Kiyosaki

I followed this advice and started learning from the school of hard knocks.

Lesson 3: Questions open the mind

“The most successful people in life are the ones who ask questions. They’re always learning. They’re always growing. They’re always pushing.” — Robert Kiyosaki

The poor say, “I can’t” and the rich say, “How can I?

Find out how to ask the questions that change your money blueprint in this post.

“The power of “can’t”: The word “can’t” makes strong people weak, blinds people who can see, saddens happy people, turns brave people into cowards, robs a genius of their brilliance, causes rich people to think poorly, and limits the achievements of that great person living inside us all.” — Robert Kiyosaki

I followed this advice, asked questions, got answers and learned I can do anything I set my mind to.

Lesson 4: Entrepreneurs need to learn how to sell

“The ability to sell is the number one skill in business. If you cannot sell, don’t bother thinking about becoming a business owner.” — Robert Kiyosaki

Children are born with natural sales skills. They sell you on their wants and needs all the time. Some get so good at it that parents have a tough time saying no to their children’s every whim.

Yet, many adults develop resistance to selling. They say things like, “I can’t sell” or “I hate selling” or “I’m not a salesperson.”

Really, I think most people have a block about selling because they hate being “sold to”. Usually, it’s because of a bad experience with a pushy salesperson.

But if you want to become wealthy, you’ll have to let go of all your preconceived about salespeople and become one.

Selling and networking are crucial skills to master as an entrepreneur.

“If you want to be financially free, you need to become a different person than you are today and let go of whatever has held you back in the past.” — Robert Kiyosaki

I followed this advice and learned to sell.

YOU are the solution to your problems

Lesson 5: You are the solution to your problems

“You’ll often find that it’s not mom or dad, husband or wife, or the kids that’s stopping you. It’s you. Get out of your own way.” — Robert Kiyosaki

I’ve always noticed that the most successful people in life are those that are out there doing it. They are in action.

People who waste all their time and energy complaining about their parents, their childhood, the government, society, everything they don’t have, all the opportunities that never came their way, never get anywhere.

“The only difference between a rich person and poor person is how they use their time” — Robert Kiyosaki

“If you realize that you’re the problem, then you can change yourself, learn something and grow wiser. Don’t blame other people for your problems.” — Robert Kiyosaki

I followed this advice and became a problem-solver.

These are just a few lessons and some quotes from Rich Dad, Poor Dad. You’ll get so much more from reading the whole book. Get it Now on Amazon  *This is an affiliate link.

Oh, and there was one more golden piece of advice that made a huge impact on me.

What’s an Email List For?

Imagine crowds of people walking the streets. They see a beautiful building filled with people smiling ear to ear. There’s a buzz of excitement. An event is about to happen. There will be spot prizes and free gifts.

The crowds make their way to the door of the building and leave their details at the welcome desk so they can take a good look around and find out what all the excitement is about.

Over time, thousands of people may visit your website.

Those who join your email list are those that made their way into the door of your building and left their details.

Your job as an Email Marketer is to entice people into the door and keep them entertained so they keep exploring each room.  That’s why sending out regular communication is critical.

To answer your question, What’s an Email List For, I’m going to answer 3 important questions first:  What, Why and How.

1. What’s an Email List?

2. Why Build an Email List?

3. How to Build an Email List?

So let’s start with the simplest one.

What's an Email List?

1. What’s an Email List?

An email list could also be called an email database because it’s a list of your customers or prospects and their email addresses.

Sometimes you may have more information than just a name and email address, it all depends on how many details you requested when you created your capture form.

An email database could well be your businesses most valuable asset. Here’s why.

Why Build an Email List? So your message gets heard.

2. Why Build an Email List?

In a nutshell, so your message has the best chance of being heard.

Here are 7 important reasons to start building your email list today.

1. It’s Yours

Imagine pouring your heart and soul into building a tribe on social media, only to have it snatched away from you?

I’ve seen this happen many times. Facebook accounts get shut down, you lose your group and access to your contacts.

It’s much safer to build your tribe on your own platform (e.g. a membership site) and far simpler to build an email list.

You own your email list.

2. It Keeps Your Website Top of Mind

Having someone subscribe to your email list is the difference between having someone visit your site once and having someone visiting your site again and again.

3. It’s How You Build Relationships

Trust is built over time. Strong relationships are built over time.

By sending out regular e-mails to your prospects and clients, you foster friendship and goodwill. Especially if you’re sending out valuable information and inspiration and not just promoting offers in every mail.

4. It’s Personal

You can say things to your email list that you can’t say online. Your email subscribers are your inner circle. You can show some vulnerability or let them in on your secrets.

Treat your email subscribers like VIP’s. Allow them access to events earlier than everyone else, you can extend special offers to them.

5. It’s Automated

You can send emails out in your sleep.

6. It can be a Money Making Machine

People don’t buy from you until they know, like and trust you.

Owning an email list gives you the best chance of dribbling out offers and special offers to your prospects and customers.

When you launch a new product or service, your email subscribers are the first to hear about it. And they’ll also be the first to buy into your new idea.

Because you’ve taken the time to build a relationship with them. You’ve offered them value, day in and day out. And they’ve also got to know you, your heart. They get to know you genuinely care about them.

This is why email outperforms every other marketing channel.

7. It’s How You Get Heard

Do you check your emails on your smartphone while you’re sipping your morning cuppa? And every hour or so after that? You are not alone. Cellphones have made it remarkably easy to keep in touch with our business throughout the day.

Emails are your best chance at breaking through all the noise on the internet.

And you can see who opens your emails and who clicks on your links — and when.

3. How to Build an Email List?

Keep in mind that the purpose of all content marketing is to

  • Educate
  • Engage
  • Inform
  • Inspire
  • Entertain

Some Quick Tips

Most people sign up to an email list in order to get something in return, a freebie, information or inspiration.

You also want to continually give your subscribers a reason to open your emails.

So make your headlines catchy. Draw them in.

And then deliver so much value in your emails that they keep coming back for more.

Here are the latest, greatest strategies you can use to build your email list right now.

How to Build an Email List (Fast)

I’m presenting these 7 strategies a little differently than my previous 7 points — as a countdown, placing them in order of the easiest strategies to the most advanced strategies.

The 7 Fastest Email List Building Strategies

7. Create a Sales Funnel

Create landing pages or squeeze pages to offer valuable freebies to your audience and promote your entry-level offers.

I’ve covered this topic in-depth already, so I’m not going to reinvent the wheel.

Read more in this post: What’s a Sales Funnel?

6. Content Upgrades

Have you ever started reading a brilliant post and a few paragraphs in, a pop up appears offering to send you the PDF version of the post? Or a handy checklist or cheatsheet? Or even a free e-book?

Content Upgrades are bonus content you offer to your readers in exchange for their emails.

Content Upgrades are quick and easy to create and they are the perfect way to capture emails by offering valuable information.

It’s also a great way to find out what challenges your subscribers are facing, what problems they would like solved.

Now the best time to do this is as you’re creating a post, but if you’re like me and only learnt this strategy after you’d published hundreds of posts, you can start by creating content upgrades for your most popular posts.

  • Go to Google Analytics and research your page views. (Click on Behaviour, Site Content, All Pages).
  • Then create and add content upgrades to each of them by summarising each post.

You can turn your longer posts or a series of posts covering one topic into e-books. Shorter posts can become checklists or cheatsheets. You could also offer a free video, quick start guide, report, survey, worksheet, assignment, challenge, you name it. Get creative.

5. Exit Pop-Ups

Virtually the same as a Content Upgrade, except that this pop up is designed to appear as someone is about to leave your website.

Love them or hate them, popups convert like crazy and an exit pop-up is the least annoying because it’s the most unobtrusive.

4. Run a Competition

Find some sponsors, rustle up some amazing prizes and launch a competition online. Make sure the prizes are solutions to your customers biggest problems or goodies they simply can’t live without.

3. Create a Tribe on LinkedIn

LinkedIn is one of the fastest-growing platforms online today. And it’s the most professional.

I found it easiest to build targeted connections on LinkedIn. I know have over 15,000 connections, they are ALL women. Most of them are women entrepreneurs.

So I created a couple of groups on LinkedIn to serve my target audience and give them a space to get to know each other and share ideas.

Invite Contacts to Join Your Groups

At first, I sent messages out daily to my contacts to invite them to join my groups and my email list.

Interestingly, though, I’ve had a number of amazing ladies join my groups who are not my contacts. So I’m about to employ a new strategy.

Welcome Message to new Group Members

Craft a welcome message to new members and include a link to subscribe to your email list. Keep it really simple. Your message could go something like this.

Welcome! Thanks so much for joining my group.

Wonderful to have you as part of my growing tribe of {insert your niche here}

Would you also like to become part of my inner circle? And get handy tips on how to grow your business online?

Sign up for my email newsletter here, http://join.inspiringmompreneurs.com/welcome

Of course, you can use this strategy for any group you’re running, whether it’s on LinkedIn or Facebook.

2. Create Webinars

Creating a webinar is a brilliant way to build your authority online and position yourself as an expert in your niche.

Use your webinar as a lead magnet (freebie) or content upgrade. Use your webinar in your sales funnel.

Host webinars with other powerhouses in your niche, or go the whole hog and…

1. Launch Your Own Online Summit

Coming in at first place is creating your own Virtual Summit. An Online Summit is an event, kind of like a Conference or Convention, except that it doesn’t happen at a Hotel or Convention Centre, it happens on the net.

The format I’ve seen most Summits take is a daily series of interviews with high profile speakers. So on each day of the Conference, you’ll get to watch 5 to 10 videos, each around 30 minutes to an hour in length.

This is a higher grade strategy.

It will take you at least 3 months to create and promote your own online summit. Yet it’s still one of the fastest ways to build your email list. Because all the speakers you invite on your summit will be promoting your summit to email lists. And to sign up for the summit, each participant will have to register on yours. How cool is that?

Now that you know what an email list is, why you should build an email list and you’ve learned some advanced list building strategies in how to build an email list, it’s really simple to answer your primary question.

What’s an Email List For? Get website visitors into the door and keep them in the building.

So… What’s an Email List For?

For companies (or digital entrepreneurs), an email list is to get people in the door and keep them there.

The best way to build long-lasting relationships with your prospects and customers, making it the perfect marketing tool and your most valuable business asset.

For email subscribers, it’s the perfect way to get to know, like and trust a company (or digital entrepreneur).

How to Make Money in Affiliate Marketing (Part 2)

In Part 1 of How to Make Money in Affiliate Marketing, we focused on how to choose the right affiliate marketing company.

Today’s post is about YOU, your part in creating a rip-roaring Affiliate Marketing empire. You’ve chosen the company (or companies) you want to align yourself with and now it’s time to start promoting their products and services.

How to Promote Affiliate Products

How to Promote Affiliate Products

Image Credit:  Free on Canva Pro

There are two distinctly different paths to follow when it comes to promoting affiliate products. You can use:

  1. Paid Methods (Advertising)
  2. Unpaid Methods (Organic Methods)

I’ll focus on unpaid methods in this post because, if you’re new to Affiliate Marketing, you probably don’t have much cash flow yet. I’ll touch very briefly on paid methods though, just so you know what your options are.

Paid Methods

Here are the most common paid methods to market affiliate products.

  • Pay Per Click Advertising (PPC) e.g. Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Social Media Advertising e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest
  • Video Advertising e.g. YouTube Ads

Advertising online is based on volume. You have to put out a lot of Ads to get a return on your investment, which is why I recommend you start with organic methods.

Unpaid Methods

Very simply, these are free ways to draw traffic to your affiliate offers. Well, no marketing methods are entirely free, there is a cost involved. The cost is your time.

Because driving organic traffic to your affiliate offers usually requires you to create a lot of content — and targeted content at that.

This is how you build a career as an Affiliate Marketer. This is your journey, this is what you’ll be doing most days as an affiliate marketer, while you are building trust with your market and authority online.

We can also call this Trust Marketing or Relationship Marketing.

Content Marketing

Content Marketing

There are many different ways you can create content online. Here are the seven most common ones.

7 Types of Content to Promote Your Affiliate Offers

  1. Blog Posts
  2. Social Media Posts
  3. Videos
  4. Podcasts
  5. Sales Funnels
  6. Emails
  7. Digital Products (eBooks and Courses)

The Purpose of Content Marketing

The purpose of all Content Marketing is to

  • Educate
  • Engage
  • Inform
  • Inspire
  • Entertain

Bear these 5 aims in mind as you consider each piece of content you put out.

If all you’re doing is promoting your affiliate products, you’re basically spamming your audience. Aim to give value to your audience in each and every piece of content you post online. That’s how you build a tribe, a loyal following and ultimately how you will build a client base.

1. Blogging

The most common way to promote affiliate products is by setting up a blog or niche website. Bloggers create posts that highlight and address challenges or solve problems their visitors might be experiencing.

They also create reviews of products they feel will further benefit their audience.

It’s worth learning the fundamentals of Keyword Research and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) if you want to drive organic (free) traffic to your posts.

However, keep in mind that it takes time to generate organic traffic and build authority.  Be prepared for the slow build.

Did you know that you could be a blogger without owning your own domain or creating your own website?

Simply write your posts and publish them here on Medium (as Stories) or on LinkedIn Publisher (as Articles).  There’s a massive benefit to doing it this way.

Publishing platforms already have Authority and traffic. You’re more likely to get visitors reading and commenting on your posts than when you’ve just started your own blog.

Your posts also rank faster in the search engines. A whole bunch of benefits, really. Just saying. 🙂

Related: How to Start a Blog (FREE)

2. Social Media

Social Media can go hand-in-hand with blogging or stand-alone. Here’s what I mean by this. Blogging and Social Media As a blogger, you can build social media profiles linked to your blog.

Each time you create a blog post, you also share your post on your chosen social media platforms. You can also create Groups on Facebook Groups or LinkedIn to build a tribe, a free version of a membership site.

But be warned, Facebook has been known to shut down groups with no notice. Social Media Influencer You can also utilise the power of social media even if you have no blog or website of your own by becoming an Instagrammer or a YouTuber.

Infographics If your top skill is graphic design, design infographics or illustrations to share on social media. Unique social media posts with images that really pop can drive huge traffic to your offers.

3. Videos

If writing is absolutely not your thing and you come across much better on camera, go video. Video marketing is hooooge right now and it’s here to stay.

Again, you can use video as a blogger by embedding your own videos in your posts, or you can skip the blogging bit and just become a YouTuber. You can also use video as a Social Media Marketer.

Live Video is one of the biggest trends, with Facebook Lives and Instagram Live leading the way. Did you know that you can also go live on YouTube? And even LinkedIn is starting to introduce Live Video now.

4. Podcasts

Not quite ready to go video yet? Why not try the audio version, Podcasts? Oh, and it’s really easy to create a podcast from a video — simply record the audio version and upload.

And if you are brave enough to go video you might as well set up a podcast while you’re at it. This way you can reach a wider audience with each piece of content you create.

While we’re on this subject, why not put some extra effort in and do this…?

For each topic you cover, create 5 types of content

  1. A blog post on your own website (if you have one)
  2. Repurpose your content and create a post on a publishing platform (e.g. LinkedIn or Medium)
  3. Create corresponding social media posts and/or infographics
  4. Create a presentation on Canva or Powerpoint and upload it to Slideshare
  5. Shoot a video and upload it to YouTube

This technique can have a huge impact because you can link to each platform from each platform, giving your audience new ways to find you.

Sales Funnel

5. Sales Funnels

Here’s another technique that can stand alone or work well with a website. Serious affiliate marketers build sales funnels to drive traffic to their affiliate offers.

Not sure what a sales funnel is? Totally understandable if you’re brand new to affiliate marketing.

It took me nearly 4 years to find out. Wish I’d got this information sooner because it’s a critical piece in your success as an Affiliate Marketer.

Essentially, a sales funnel is a nifty way to guide your prospects through the sales process — to turn your prospects into buyers. Most sales funnels start with an email capture form so that you can start building a relationship with your prospects or customers by email. And send them your freebie.

Read more here.

6. Emails

This brings us to email marketing. I never quite understood the value of email marketing until I realised that my website traffic had kind of come to a standstill.

With each post I published, I’d get new visitors but I wasn’t retaining my old visitors. Email marketing is a way to keep your website top of mind.

With a gazillion websites putting out great content every day, you need a way to entice your visitors to keep to yours. If you’re not reminding them, who will?

7. Digital Products

Once you have a body of posts you’ve created on one topic, you’re ready to start creating your own digital products. Digital products fall into one of two main categories.

  1. eBooks — free or on Amazon Kindle
  2. Courses — these can include Video Courses, Email Courses, Webinars, Virtual Summits or Masterminds

Consider which of these methods suit your personality and which work best for your audience.

In each product you put out online, you can pop a link to your sales funnel and drive prospects to your affiliate products.

And, at this stage of the game, you might even consider creating your own affiliate program to market your products.

How to Make Money in Affiliate Marketing

There are two important steps to making money in affiliate marketing.

The first step to making money as an Affiliate Marketer is to choose the right Affiliate Marketing Company.

The second step is promoting affiliate marketing products. Because this second step is such a big step, with many moving parts, I’ve dedicated another post to it.  Scroll down to the end of this post for part 2.

How to Choose the Right Affiliate Marketing Company

People are attracted to Affiliate Marketing for the same reason that they are attracted to a Franchise. It’s kind of the online version of a franchise because you’re buying into a turnkey system.

The more you have pre-built into the system, the more you have “done-for-you” by the company, the easier it’s going to be for you to succeed.

How do Franchises increase their success rate?

  • They build a solid reputation in the market
  • They offer popular products or services
  • They offer a turnkey system
  • They offer excellent training

Outstanding affiliate marketing companies focus on the same qualities.

That’s why many people start out working for big giants in the industry, like Amazon or Walmart, because they are already trusted names and they offer such a wide range of products. I know many affiliate marketers who have gone the Amazon route and are making brilliant money.

  • But do they offer a turnkey system and the training to implement it?
  • Do they offer high-ticket products?
  • Can you do repeat business with your customers?

Now, I promised in my previous post about Affiliate Marketing Training Courses that in this post I would discuss the course I’m doing now. So here you go.

The only Affiliate Marketing company I’ve come across so far that offers the kind of training and support that gives you a turnkey system, an online franchise, is the company I review here.

I never quite understood how to make money from Affiliate Marketing until I understood the Value Ladder and created my first Sales Funnel.

The Value Ladder

Here’s a quick diagram to give you some insight.

The Value Ladder Best Way

Essential Elements of a Top Class Affiliate Marketing Opportunity

Use this handy checklist when looking at a new affiliate marketing opportunity.

1. Product Value

  • Do they have products your customers want?
  • Are customers happy with the products?
  • Are many customers asking for refunds?
  • Do they have a full suite of products, from low to mid to high-end?

2. Commission Potential

  • What percentage commission do you earn per sale?
  • Do you just get paid for one initial sale or every time a customer buys?
  • Do they have a full suite of products, from low to mid to high-end?
  • Will you be paid on your customers for life?
  • Will you be able to lead your clients to make higher purchases by building their trust over time? (Value Ladder)

3. Training, Coaching and Support

  • Do they offer basic and advanced training?
  • Do they have Coaches who can assist and support you one-on-one?
  • Do they offer live Events and Masterminds?

4. Marketing

  • Do they have high-converting sales videos to help you promote their offers?
  • Do they have a sales team that calls customers for you?
  • Do they use Events and webinars to help you convert more sales?

5. Systems

  • Do they have an effective tracking system to track every customer?
  • Do you have access to this system?
  • Can you track your customers and their sales?
  • Or does the company hold that information?
  • Can you do repeat business with your customers, for life?

6. Integrity

  • Does the company have a good reputation?
  • Do they treat people right?
  • Do they pay people on time?

When all these elements are in place, you can focus all your time and attention on your side of the bargain…
